Jobortunity welcomes individuals and organizations to share their expertise with Jobortunity.

Jobortunity has the following requirements for volunteers;

-        The person needs to have a specific expertise which can make a contribution to the Institute.

-        A minimum age of 24 years

-        A minimum period of volunteering of 2-3 months; longer than that is the best! Than you can really experience Tanzania and the people in Jobortunity.

Jobortunity needs expertise in:

- IT

- Marketing & Communication

- Fundraising

- English Training

- Social work

- Organisational/management

- Finances

In case of sharing experience (skills and knowledge) between organizations and Jobortunity, Jobortunity is always open and willing to collaborate striving a ‘win-win situation’ in which both parties get the opportunity to learn from each other and develop.
