Jobortunity trains young people in the age of 18-24 lacking the means to attend secondary school and without enough skills to obtain a decent job. Students should be literate, have a basic knowledge of English and, most importantly, they should be motivated to work in the hospitality sector and take control of their own lives and future.

The students come from different partner organisations located in Arusha. Jobortunity did not expect this but most of these organizations helped the students with the registration fee and the purchase of a uniform.
