Kim Groeneweg, a Dutch professional trainer, founded Jobortunity in 2009 and is running Jobortunity. She compiled a team of trainers, a social worker, a cook, an operations manager & assistant. Jobortunity employed two former students who will be trained internally to become Hi5 trainers in the future.
The Jobortunity trainers are proficient in the Jobortunity Training Method and know how to approach and motivate their students to become Hi5.
