Hello,
My name is Frank Marandu. I’m Employability Skills Trainer at Jobortunity Training Institute. My time in the Netherlands was great and I think it was a pleasure moment to share to the board as a Tanzanian point of view a great work that Jobortunity does to help vulnerable youth in Tanzania. However it was really brilliant time to meet up with Jobortunity Dutch board and some donors who often plays behind the scene but they do so much to support Jobortunity Tanzania. I think it was a good experience to visit Amsterdam as I heard so much about the city before. The city is very busy and touristy which somehow it made me feel a bit comfortable as I met other people who couldn’t speak Dutch as me. Surprisingly I met a Dutch person who speaks good Swahili and we had some conversation in my own language. That was great. I did like and enjoyed to visit the organisations that I went to learn and work with them. It was great to see their work and learn from the challenges they face but also to explain and share about Jobortunity work in Tanzania. I hope it d opened a new door for Jobortunity to work with other organisation.I do appreciate for hosting me and get to meet with each of you guys. Thank you very much!
